Mission
As Carbometrix’s first full-time marketing hire, you will play a key role in developing and executing a content marketing plan across multiple channels. You will be responsible for increasing the brand visibility for the target audience in France and internationally. You will work closely with the founders, the sales team and the carbon engineers team as well as key partners and stakeholders. You will be the voice of the customer in the company. Responsibilities include
Develop content marketing plan and goals and execute against both
Build brand awareness and visibility through tactics that take into account the sales strategy short and long term
Lead external and internal communications
Identify and coordinate freelancers as needed to execute the marketing plan
Perform market research to understand messaging effectiveness to evolve our brand and marketing touchpoints
Profile
5+ years of experience, ideally working on content on a wide variety of channels including digital, social media, PR, events, sales enablement, community management within a B2B startup environment with limited resources
Excited about rolling up your sleeves to get things done
Great listening skills and capacity to work with a wide range of stakeholders
Ability to articulate stories with a great command of English and French, written and spoken
Demonstrated interest in sustainable finance, environmental issues and the transition to a low carbon economy
